Wyvern with Human Head carving
A design inspired by the ornate carvings found upon the misericords within the choir stalls of Chester Cathedral.
A wyvern is a two legged winged dragon, generally smaller than its' four legged counterpart. the human head appears to be wearing a wizard's hat.
These replicas are cast in resin and then stained and are virtually indistinguishable from the original wooden carvings.
