Viking Oserberg Cart carving
Inspired by carvings found on the cart recovered from the Oserberg burial mound. Unearthed early in the 20th Century the cart was one of the most significant and finest of Viking artefacts ever found. The Oserberg cart was part of a Viking long ship buried in a Fjord near Oslo Norway.
Cast in a resin composite and produced in a mould taken directly from a carving it captures all the fine detail found in the original.
